What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.
How do I know which way to install the module?
The module has two different lengths: 6.5 inches and 7 inches. If the longer side doesn’t fit into the tank opening, rotate the module 90°. The shorter side will align with the opening and slide in properly.
The module feels tight when I push it in. Is that normal?
Yes.
The module is designed to fit snugly so it stays securely seated at the bottom of the tank. Use both hands and apply steady, even pressure until it reaches the bottom.
How do I remove the Center Plug after the module is already installed?
1. Turn off the water supply.
2. Flush the toilet and let the tank fully drain.
3. Reach under the module with both hands and pull it straight up and out.
4. Push the Center Plug out of the module.
5. Reinstall the module following the original instructions. See installation guide.
Can I use detergent or bleach tablets with the module?
The module itself is safe around bleach and detergents. However, do not place cleaning tablets directly inside the toilet tank, as they can damage other internal components such as fill valves, flappers, and seals.
Do I need to clean the module? Can mold grow on it?
No cleaning or maintenance is required. The module is made from closed‑cell material that is impervious to mold, mildew, and fungus.
